Email Newsletter Design
If you sign up for a Constant Contact email marketing account, you'll have access to over 400 templates you can use for newsletters, email messages and more. However, if you would like to have your email newsletter match your current website design or printed material, we can design a custom template for you.
Why does it matter what your newsletter looks like? People make decisions (and judgments) based on appearance. Would you want to eat at a restaurant that looked dirty, even if the kitchen was perfectly clean and the food was known to be safe? If the place looked dirty, you would have a hard time not thinking the food might be less than healthy. If your business email looks like it was thrown together in a few seconds and is inconsistent with your business brand, people may see you as not professional and may ignore you or choose your competitor.
Here's how it works:
- Order your newsletter design service.
- Send us your logo, website address, and any examples of your printed marketing material that are a part of your overall image.
- Tell us what sections your newsletter should have, how big (long) it should be, etc. For example, you might want an introductory paragraph, three main stories or articles, an advertisement, and a closing paragraph. You can use any combination you like, though consistency from newsletter to newsletter is important.
- We'll design a draft and send it to you as an image for your review.
- Once you're happy with the draft, we'll code the newsletter and send it to you as an actual email for a final review.
- After any final tweaks we will send you the finished product in a zipped attachment which will include an HTML file and any supporting images.
If you have a Constant Contact email marketing account through us and are willing to provide the login information, we will also import your newsletter template into your account for FREE. (We can import your newsletter into other email marketing services, billing you at our normal hourly rate.)
