Retrieving Your Customer Login Information For a Domain Registration

To log in to your account you need to have your customer number (which acts as your username) and password. If you cannot remember your customer number or password, you can use our Account Retrieval System to obtain the information necessary to access your account.

NOTE: After five failed login attempts your account will be locked. If your account has been locked, call Customer Service at (480)624-2500 to have it unlocked for you.

To Recover Your Customer Number

If you've forgotten both your customer number and password, you will need to recover your customer number.

  1. Go to www.upwebmaestrodomains.com and click on Account Settings under the My Account section on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click the Retrieve Customer Number link.
  3. On the right side of the screen, from the My list, select a product you purchased, in this case "Domain Name".
  4. In the is field, enter your domain name.
  5. In the Enter the security access code field, type the appropriate numbers and letters.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Verify your email address. A message containing your Customer Number will be sent to the email address on file for this account.
